What I like:
1) Sharp - The Sharpness and Noise are nearly perfect!
2) Colors, you choose a great flower with a perfect color pattern. I notice you also found a nearly symmetrical flower. You have a good eye.
3) Framing, You have the leaves positioned so the lines on each leaf force the eyes to the center of focus. This is a perfect effect.
What I would change/try:
1) DOF - I would have opened it up JUST a touch to remove the blur on the top stamen. This may have required pulling back slightly with a prime lens.
2) Leaves --- I would have tried to get a bit more green.
What I hate: Nothing -- Very excellent shot.
